Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 – is now available for order and the German manufacturer announced that its sales price is €334,000(net) / €397,460 (incl. 19% VAT). The car will make its debut, as part of the testing programme, in September in the VLN race at the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife (North Loop).

Regarding the power delivered by the impressive AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine, this has yet to be determined by FIA on the “Balance of Performance” principle. This is intended to ensure that all the racing cars taking part have an equal chance. The standard car delivers 420 kW/571 hp and 650 newton metres of torque and is connected to a seven-speed double-declutch transmission in a transaxle arrangement. It can reach 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds while the top speed is electronically limited at 317 km/h. The SLS AMG is priced from 177,310 EUR (incl. 19 % VAT).
